WMS(Warehouse Management System)

WMS Fearures:

WMS Functions:

It can receive document information from upstream systems or create inbound and outbound warehouse documents, generate tasks based on the documents, send them to the WCS system after processing, and provide feedback to the upstream system upon document completion.
The system includes features for managing inbound and outbound tasks, document information, access strategies, cargo space inventory, sampling, inventory management, basic and customer information, vehicle management, role permissions, LED screen, and more.
It enables traceability of container information, material data, and operation records, supporting inventory management in complex production environments and processes.

WCS（Warehouse Control System）

Main functions:

1. Unified dispatch and control of various logistics equipment in the intelligent warehouse system;

2. Take over the handling tasks issued by WMS and break them down into specific instructions, dispatch available ASRS equipment, and feedback the execution of instructions and equipment status to WMS;

3. Real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, prompting faults, reminding maintenance, and executing commands to remotely handle abnormal equipment.
